All bookings are confirmed via email or SMS. To secure your appointment, we may require a valid phone number and address. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including for safety, access, or behavioral concerns.
Prices are quoted based on property details provided at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope differs significantly (e.g., excessive dirt, additional rooms). Payment is due at the time of service or via secure online link. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. A receipt will be provided upon request.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. No-shows will incur the full service charge. We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed or left in hazardous conditions.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will address the issue promptly, either by re-cleaning the affected area or providing a partial refund, at our discretion.
ErFre Städning & Shine is fully insured for professional liability. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff during service, we will repair or compensate fairly, up to the limits of our insurance policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
