1. Booking & Cancellation
All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment
Payments must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept card, Swish, and bank transfer.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no extra charge.
4. Health & Safety
Our team uses eco-friendly and safe cleaning products.
Clients must inform us of any allergies, pets, or special access instructions before service.
5. Property Access
The client is responsible for providing access at the agreed time
If access is not granted, a no-show fee may apply.
6. Damages & Liability
While we take great care, any accidental damages must be reported within 24 hours.
We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
